Our structural engineer will calculate exactly what needs to be added to your property to enable your loft to be converted. A set of architects plans will then be drawn up for you to view. Should you wish to make any amendments we can discuss them with you and alter the plans accordingly.

Building regulations are required on every loft conversion and we can provide a building inspector for you and deal with all planning applications that are necessary.

Your loft will be converted by experienced qualified tradesmen. Our plumbers are all gas safe corgi registered and our electricians are all NICEIC registered. All their work will be signed off with a safety certificate.

All the materials used are of the highest quality. The building control officer and structural engineer will specify certain specifications for some of the materials with which to build the main structure of the loft conversion which we adhere to intently.
