In one of our most ambitious and exciting projects to work on comprising of a ground floor extension and a full house renovation complete with three new bathrooms. Our design team really surpassed themselves with this amazing transformation of space and was expertly brought to life by our highly experienced construction team.

The lavish extension became a new kitchen and dining area complete with deluxe folding sliding doors leading out to the garden area. A new modern fitted kitchen was installed using contemporary colours and materials.

The house was rewired with a new electrical system using an eco technology, which significantly reduces running costs and also a new plumbing system complete with a high tech boiler and ground floor under floor heating.

All existing ceilings, render and floorboards were replaced including new wall insulation. The House was completed with new internal doors, skirting and architrave with the walls receiving an insulated skim and fully decorated. As well as the modern tile flooring throughout the ground floor of the property, we also installed new wooden flooring.

Expert project managing and liaising with building control was integral to the success of this project.

The entire project from conception to completion took a total of 24 weeks.
