This was a big project involving a lot of different elements to completely transform the home of our client.

We began by constructing a large 55m2 rear extension with a pitched skylight to open up the kitchen space and create a spacious kitchen/living room/dining area. This also involved laying stone tiles with underfloor heating installed and renovating the kitchen space.

In order to maximise living space across the whole property, an additional front-facing side extension was constructed to house a new bedroom along with an en-suite bathroom.

The entire property was then given a durable, low-maintenance 1.5mm silicone render finish for a fresh new look and to protect it from the elements.

Our client realised they needed a touch of beauty in their garden to fully enjoy the view out of their full-length windows and French doors and contracted us to do some hard landscaping for their garden patio. This involved new paving, installing drainage and constructing a low retaining wall to section off the patio from the grass area.

To finish things off we completed a roof replacement of the entire property with new tiles, fascia boards, soffits, downpipes and gutters.
