KPD Construction was founded with one aim in mind: provide a better service to customers. We found that most building contractors’ work simply does not live up to the standard that customers want, whether it be quality of workmanship, staying within budget or working to deadlines. We vowed to do things differently and to set a new standard for building contractors in London, where our customers are completely satisfied and can’t wait to work with us again! A word from the owner and founder of KPD Construction

"Before establishing KPD Construction I had the chance to work for a number of well known building companies and what I saw did not impress me. It seemed like the businesses needs were always put first at the expense of the customer. I saw an opportunity to do things a better way. This led me to wanting to create a company which does things ethically, looking after the customer as well as the labour force, rather than the selfish practices I was used to seeing.

Fast forward to today and we’re one of the best building companies in London, with many satisfied customers and a team of staff which feels like a family to all of us. All of my staff have been with us for at least 5 years, with our electricians and plumbers being here since the beginning, since the early 2010’s.

Where other companies make massive claims and fail to deliver on their promises, we’re always 100% honest and transparent with our customers. This has led to us losing some potential business over the years, but that’s just the way it goes. I set out with the goal of always putting my customers first and will continue to do so."
