In the charming town of Brentwood, Essex, we recently completed a remarkable home transformation project that focused on expanding and enhancing the heart of our client’s home. Our clients envisioned a larger, more open family space on the ground floor, and we were excited to bring their vision to life.

The project centred around a double-storey rear extension, which involved opening up the existing rear wall and incorporating intricate steelwork to create a spacious and inviting new living area.  This new space seamlessly connects the interior with the outdoors, providing a bright and airy atmosphere perfect for family gatherings and relaxation.

As part of the double-storey extension, we also constructed an upstairs section to include a new bathroom, complete with elegant tiling and modern fixtures. On the ground floor, we meticulously handled all the finishing touches, including floor tiling, kitchen installation, and the creation of a functional shower room with a utility area.

To ensure optimal comfort throughout the year, the new extension was equipped with an underfloor heating system. Additionally, we upgraded the entire home’s electrical and plumbing systems, including the installation of a new boiler and hot water tank.

This extensive project spanned 30 weeks, during which our team meticulously managed every detail to ensure a flawless result. The end result is a stunning home that not only meets but exceeds our clients’ expectations. The expanded living space provides ample room for family activities and entertaining, while the new bathroom adds a touch of luxury to their daily routine.
