We carried out a full renovation and extension project across two neighbouring properties on Cyprus Street, Bethnal Green. The works included a complete transformation of both homes, designed to modernise the interiors and create bright, open living spaces for contemporary family life.

For each property, our team constructed a new wrap-around extension to significantly increase the living area. We installed a new slate roof, replaced all glazing and windows, and fitted a new oak staircase along with bespoke joinery throughout. The ground floor was reconfigured into an open-plan layout, featuring polished concrete flooring that continues seamlessly into the garden for a unified indoor-outdoor feel.

The renovation also included a full electrical and plumbing upgrade, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and the installation of a new system boiler with integrated water filtration. We designed and fitted a new kitchen and bathroom, both completed to a high specification. The exterior works included new garden fencing and hard landscaping to complement the interior finish.

This joint project was completed over a ten-month period, from October 2024 to June 2025, and reflects our commitment to delivering modern, energy-efficient homes with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a pair of beautifully finished, light-filled spaces that combine comfort, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.
