This beautiful house extension project is a perfect example of the importance of quality and why the cheapest option is rarely the best solution.

The client initially contacted us to compare quotes and although they appreciated the quality of work displayed throughout our portfolio, they ultimately went with a different company offering a cheaper quote. This turned out to be a mistake as the contracted company’s poor foundation work and wall construction resulted in the client having to terminate the contract.

We were contacted again soon after that. We were happy to accept the offer and save the project!

Unfortunately, it was necessary for us to redo the foundation and wall construction work, as the initial attempt did not meet the required standards. Once this was completed, we built a spacious open-plan rear extension with a large skylight and underfloor heating. We utilised materials such as black aluminium cladding and yellow brick to give it a modern-rustic feel as requested by our client. A new kitchen fitting took place with beautiful cabinets, kitchen island and a hanging fixture.

We also renovated a bathroom in a matching style. To wrap things up we installed a new central heating system, including a new boiler and hot water tank.
