Our client for this project contracted us to create a roomy living space consisting of an open-plan kitchen/dining area, study room and cosy reading nook. Doing so completely changed the floorplan of the old home and a lot of work was involved in achieving the desired effect.

In order to create the space, a side return extension was constructed and the old side garage was converted into part of the extension, housing a large roof light and a new beam was fitted to create space for a bi-fold door leading out to the beautiful garden. Our work also included fitting the new modern-style kitchen with a centre island and renovating the old bathroom located on the first floor of the home.

All in all, a successful project designed to complement the already beautiful home of our clients.
