The centerpiece of the project was a striking rear and side wrap-around extension, featuring a sleek zinc finish on the roof and walls that adds a contemporary touch to the home’s exterior. We created a brand-new kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, providing ample space for both culinary creations and relaxation.

Upstairs, we crafted a luxurious new bathroom with exquisite tiling and modern fixtures. The upstairs also boasts a beautiful herringbone wood floor that adds warmth and character to the space.

Throughout the entire house, we implemented environmentally friendly sheep wool insulation for both the walls and floors. This natural insulation not only enhances energy efficiency but also creates a healthier and more comfortable living environment.

To further improve the home’s sustainability, we installed a state-of-the-art underfloor heating system powered by a heat pump. This eco-conscious solution provides consistent warmth while minimising energy consumption. We also upgraded the electrical system to ensure optimal performance and safety.
