We recently completed a transformative home renovation project in the desirable N6 neighborhood of London. Our clients sought to expand their living space and create a more open, modern feel for their home. To achieve this, we designed and built a comprehensive wrap-around style extension, which allowed us to craft a spacious new open-plan kitchen and dining area. This new layout floods the space with natural light and creates a seamless flow between the indoors and the newly installed patio, providing a perfect setting for entertaining guests and enjoying family time.

Our team meticulously handled every detail of the project, from the initial planning stages to the final touches. The extension was constructed to the highest standards, ensuring structural integrity and energy efficiency. Inside, we installed beautiful tiling, applied a fresh coat of paint, and completed the installation of a brand-new kitchen. We also added stylish vinyl flooring to the ground floor extension, providing a durable and easy-to-maintain surface.

To ensure optimal comfort in the extended ground floor area, we installed a new boiler and underfloor heating system. Additionally, we added a convenient new toilet on the ground floor for added functionality.

Throughout the 20-week project, our team was committed to minimising disruption to our clients’ daily lives. As access was limited to the house (with no garden access), we took extra care to ensure efficient coordination and movement of materials. The end result is a beautiful and functional space that perfectly reflects our client’s vision, providing them with a home that truly meets their needs and desires.
